At Appearls, we are committed to delivering high quality digital services including branding, web development, email marketing, and AI solutions. Because our services involve custom work and immediate resource allocation, we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy.

1. Mobilization Fee & Advance Payment

All mobilization fees and advance payments are non-refundable.

When you engage our services, we immediately allocate resources, assign team members, and begin planning your project. The advance payment covers:

– Initial consultation and strategy sessions
– Team assignment and project setup
– Resource allocation and scheduling
– Discovery and research phase

Once this mobilization process begins, the advance payment is non-refundable

2. Work Completed is Non-Refundable

Refunds are calculated based on work NOT yet completed.

If you request cancellation after work has begun:

āœ“ Completed work is non-refundable
āœ“ You will be charged for all milestones delivered
āœ“ Refunds apply only to undelivered portions of the project

Example:Ā Ā 

If you paid $1,000 for a website and we’ve completed design (50% of work), you will be charged $500. The remaining $500 may be eligible for refund according to the conditions below.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 24 hours of payment only if:

āœ“ No strategy session or consultation has been conductedĀ Ā 
āœ“ No designs, code, or deliverables have been sharedĀ Ā 
āœ“ There is a verified technical issue preventing service delivery on our end

After 24 hours, refund eligibility is determined by work completed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • After work has started or been deliveredĀ Ā 
  • After design concepts, mockups, or deliverables have been sharedĀ Ā 
  • If you change your mind after project initiationĀ Ā 
  • If delays are caused by client-side (late feedback, content not provided, etc.)Ā Ā 
  • If you are unsatisfied with delivered work that meets the original briefĀ Ā 
  • For subscription-based services after the first monthĀ Ā 
  • For domain registration, hosting, or third-party service feesĀ Ā 
  • For project cancellations due to client business changes

5. Service-Specific Refund Terms

Logo Design & Branding:

– Refundable within 24 hours before concepts are delivered
– Once initial concepts are shared, payment is non-refundable
– Revisions are included per package; extra revisions are non-refundable

Website Development:

– Refund available only before development begins
– Once wireframes or designs are approved, that phase is non-refundable
– Each milestone (design, development, testing) becomes non-refundable upon completion

Email Marketing & Meta Ads Management:

– First month is non-refundable once campaign setup begins
– Subscription can be cancelled anytime for future months
– No partial refunds for monthly services

AI Chatbot Development:

– Refund available within 24 hours before development starts
– Once configuration or customization begins, payment is non-refundable

6. Mistaken Transactions

If you made a payment error (double payment, wrong package, incorrect amount), please contact us immediately at:
